1. What's the minimum and maximum group size for a private tour?
We recommend private tours for groups of 10 or more. There's no maximum for private bookings — though groups larger than 65 guests require us to bring in partner transportation companies to accommodate everyone.
2. How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead, but don't let that stop you — if you're within that window, just reach out and we'll check our availability for you.
3. Can we customize our itinerary?
It depends on the tour. Some of our tours, like the Brewhop, follow a set itinerary with inclusions that can't be altered. Our general transportation option is fully flexible — you can build your own itinerary or let us customize one for your group.
4. How does payment work for group bookings?
For Brewhop and Hop Walk tours, payment can be split per ticket among your group. Private tours require a 50% deposit to book, with the remaining balance due closer to your tour date.
5. Can we add extras like decor, drinks, or catering?
Our wedding transportation includes a decor package, and many groups bring their own coolers, drinks, or snacks along for the ride.
6. What's your cancellation policy for group bookings?
Cancellation terms vary depending on the tour, so the best move is to give us a call. Changes to your group size usually aren't a big deal — but the more notice you can give us, the better we can accommodate you.
