1. How many trolleys can I book at a time?
We have 3 Music City Brew Hop trolleys available at any given time. For larger events or multiple simultaneous bookings, we can accommodate you through our network of partner transportation companies across Nashville.
2. How many passengers fit on a trolley?
Each trolley comfortably seats 22 passengers.
3. What's the difference between your tour options?
Some tours are built for individual ticket sales, while others are designed with private groups in mind. Check out the comparison chart above for a full breakdown, or fill out the inquiry form below and we'll help you find the right fit.
4. Can I customize my tour route or stops?
Absolutely! If you can dream it, we can drive it. Book a pre-packaged tour exactly as is, or use it for inspiration and build your own from scratch. Here's a list of venues we frequently work with in Nashville!
5. Do you accommodate large groups, weddings, or corporate events?
Yes! We regularly host corporate outings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, bridal events, birthdays, and other milestone celebrations. Our private tours can be tailored to fit your group's size, vibe, and itinerary — fill out an inquiry form and we'll help you plan the perfect ride.
6. Can we bring drinks on board?
All private tours come stocked with bottled water and an extra cooler of ice for you to fill as needed. Please note that no open containers may enter or leave the trolley.
7. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks out. While we're happy to try to accommodate bookings within that window, booking in advance helps us guarantee your date and trolley availability.
8. What's your cancellation/refund policy?
Brewhop and Hop Walk tours allow cancellations up to 24 hours in advance. Private tours require deposits and additional planning, so cancellation terms vary — most allow cancellations up to 72 hours in advance, though some non-refundable bookings do not allow cancellations at all.
9. Is there a minimum or maximum group size?
There's no minimum group size, though private tours are typically recommended for groups of 10 or more. We don't have a set maximum — for large groups, we recommend submitting an inquiry so we can help coordinate the right setup.
10. Where do tours pick up and drop off?
Check out our Brewhop and Hop Walk pages for their specific pick-up and drop-off locations. Private tours offer custom pick-up and drop-off anywhere within Davidson County.
